How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

Of course. Subscribe to the TheONE Newsletter, follow us on twitter, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
SHIPPING
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for in-stock items in Canada takes 5-10 business days. For items that are made-to-order such as our classic sweaters delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in Canada are shipped via Canadapost express post. International orders are shipped via UPS International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Additional shipping fees will apply.
